The Jupiter Scholarship scheme is committed to investing in young people and we are looking for ambitious self-starters who have the drive to go forward and build their career within the Restaurant Industry.

This scholarship programme is aimed at those who wish to work hard in order to succeed, taking advantage of a fast track and intense training programme working on a full-time basis in some of London’s most popular restaurants. Succesful candidates should expect to reach the level of Restaurant Supervisor or equivalent within the 9 month programme.

Jupiter Scholarships are open to all young people (from 22 years) – it is not necessary to have had any experience in the Hospitality Industry. It is important to be aware that a career in hospitality is not for everyone, hours can be irregular and regular evening shifts are obligatory. The opportunities accessible within the scholarship appeal to those who are ambitious self starts who enjoy varied work, those with energy and determination who enjoy being part of a team. It remains one of the fastest growing industries in the world.

You will be paid in full for all hours worked in the Restaurant. Salaries will be under constant review and increased as the candidates learn and development. The prospects for advancement in both career and salary are excellent.​

The Interview Process will include a short interview on zoom and for those selected to progress, a further 3-hour Assessment. The final round will comprise a 4-day training programme to include a restaurant visit. Travel expenses paid.

The programme’s core mission is to help selected candidates through every step of their training, including:

• Organising and monitoring the Training Programme working in the selected restaurant.

• Providing a mentor from the industry for the duration of the placement.

• Financing additional training outside the restaurant in specialist chosen subjects.
